The Winslow Building in Greenfield, MA is a four story historic masonry building with a two story addition that includes 55 units of affordable housing and two ground floor commercial spaces.

in the early 2000's the building was renovated and the addition was constructed, but due to the nature of the tenants the building sees substantial wear and a renovation including an update to the mechanical systems is necessary

This project included substantial documentation and investigation into the existing conditions, systems and needs for the building. Coordination with a capital needs assessment report coupled with on-site observations N3 Architecture to manage the renovation efforts
