A 62 unit, affordable multi-family development that features modern design and an extremely efficient building envelope, advanced mechanical systems and a full rooftop photovoltaic array that will make this a net-zero energy development. The building was designed to Passive House standards and will be receiving Passive House Certification.
This project was designed at the rear of a large parcel of land owned by the client. On the front portion of the property exists an affordable senior housing development. The design of Torringford Terrace needed to relate to the existing facility, while providing open green space between the two for shared recreation.
